TRUSSVILLE — May is the official month of law and Massey, Stotser and Nichols, P.C. celebrated with its annual Law Day event Thursday in Trussville.
The nearly 30-year-old firm welcomed approximately 300 guests to its parking lot to celebrate current and former clients while recruiting new business.
“We want to have an event that (says) ‘Thank you’ to all of our clients and people that we work with that are in our industry, and also to welcome new clients and let people see what we’re all about,” said the firm’s controller, Shea Carroll.
Local band Zippy D and Dirty Luv played for those in attendance over a barbecue dinner.
The event featured a cornhole tournament. The tournament champions were awarded iPad minis, while the runners-up of the eight-team tournament received $150 Visa gift cards.
