Trussville P&Z to consider several requests June 9

TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Planning and Zoning Board will meet Monday, June 9 to consider several requests.

The meeting is at 6 p.m. at Trussville City Hall on Main Street.

The board will consider a preliminary subdivision approval request made by Eastern Valley, LLC, for property to be known as Crossings at Deerfoot, Phase II, Sector 2. This sector contains 11 lots.

The board will consider a resurvey request made by James L. Turner and Walter Miller, for property located at 2840 Floyd Bradford Road. This request is to divide this 53.6-acre jointly owned tract into two separate tracts.

The board will also consider a lot resurvey request made by Joel and Peggy Rickles — who own Joel’s Restaurant — and Banks Dorsett Jr. for property to be known as Resurvey of Lot 1 Cajun Land Company. The request will allow additional parking for the restaurant. The property is located at 312 and 314 Main St. and the rear of 317 Birch St.
