TRUSSVILLE — A report has been filed with the Trussville Police Department in connection with an alleged hit-and-run incident on Interstate 59 North on Friday night.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. Friday, when a motorist’s car was allegedly hit from behind at a rate of speed between 65 mph and 70 mph.
The alleged vehicle that caused the collision is believed to be a white Ford Escort, which drove off with heavy damage to the front of the vehicle.
There were no injuries in the accident.
