‘Fiddler on the Roof’ at ACTA begins this weekend

TRUSSVILLE — ACTA Theater’s production of “Fiddler on the Roof” begins this weekend in Trussville.

The play will be July 11-13 and July 18-20 at ACTA Theater on Parkway Drive in Trussville.

Directed by Paige Turner, “Fiddler on the Roof” tells the story of Tevye, the father of five daughters and his attempts to maintain his family and Jewish religious traditions while outside influences encroach upon their lives.

Ticket prices for the summer musical are $15 for adults, $12 for senior adults and $10 for students/children. Show times for all shows are weeknights/Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.
