TRUSSVILLE — Wintzell’s Oyster House now expects to open its Trussville location this winter, according to a post on the restaurant’s website.
Wintzell’s will be located at 5893 Trussville Crossings Blvd., the former Costa’s Barbecue restaurant.
The post on the website states to stay tuned for information on hiring and a grand opening.
“We look forward to being a member of the Trussville community,” the post states.
Wintzell’s was originally planning to open this April.
In other news, IDaGamer Trussville opened in the former Jewelry Doctor space in the Valley View Shopping Center off Chalkville Mountain Road in Trussville.
In other news, Farmers Insurance Group agent David Porter Sr. has retired after 24 years with the company. His son, David Jr., has opted to keep the family business in Trussville and continue its expansion.
