CENTER POINT — In an ongoing effort to stop heroin trafficking in Jefferson County, the sheriff’s department’s narcotics investigators executed a search warrant for drugs at a home in the 2800 block of Micmac Drive in Center Point on Wednesday.
Chief Deputy Randy Christian said the two month investigation indicated a large amount of drugs were kept at the home of 34-year-old Siralonzo Deondra Meadows. Meadows was at home when deputies arrived and was taken into custody without incident.
Deputies discovered heroin, cocaine, marijuana and prescription drugs inside the residence. Meadows was charged with trafficking heroin, unlawful possession of cocaine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Jefferson County jail where he remains with bond set at $611,000.
