Many residents of Trussville know Brian S. Plant as one of their Trussville City Councilmen. He has served as a City Councilman since 2000 and is currently in his fourth term. His job as City Councilman keeps him incredibly in tune to the needs of the local community. He serves as the one of the City Council’s liaisons to the Trussville Chamber of Commerce, Trussville Police Department, and Trussville Fire Department. Brian received his undergraduate degree in History from Samford University. In 1994 he received his Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law, and has been practicing law ever since.

A: There is no simple answer to this question beyond; It depends on your legal need and your specific case. When I am contacted by a new client I generally meet with them in a consultation. In this consultation I will determine what their legal needs are and from there I will work with the client to create a plan of action that is tailored to their specific situation.
Q: How long will it take?
A: As with cost, there is no definitive timeline that encompasses all legal needs. I strive to be an effective communicator and work closely with clients to solve their legal needs as quickly as possible without detracting from the effort and time needed to achieve their desired outcome.
