TRUSSVIILE –A crash on Interstate 59 southbound just before the Interstate 459 split has traffic backed up for about five miles. The wreck occurred at about 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
The delay has vehicles pouring into Trussville. Expect heavy traffic on Chalkville Road, Deerfoot Parkway and U.S. Highway 11 as drivers are exiting the Intersate seeking an alternative route.
The condition of the individuals involved in the wreck is unknown at this time.

And I still fail to see your point ! So do you think coaches don’t deserve to get paid ? Think they get paid enough to add lanes ? Or just stupid ? Which is it ? If people would slow down quit riding the left lane ,and pay attention it wouldn’t matter if there was only one lane ! ive been driving the interstate every day of my life, its usually not the roads that cause the wrecks, its all the morons trying to get somewhere too damn fast and wreckless, do like i do, leave early
