BRUNSWICK, Ga. – Justin Ross Harris, a Tuscaloosa native, has been found guilty on all counts in the hot car death of his 22-month-old son Cooper.
The jury found Harris guilty on all eight counts, including malice murder, felony murder, cruelty to children, criminal attempt to commit a felony and dissemination of harmful material to minors.
If Harris receives the maximum sentence, he would get life without parole, plus 42 years, according to CBS 42.
Harris moved to Georgia from Alabama in 2012.

When it happened I remember people coming out of the woodwork to defend that guy. It’s awfully quiet now. Hopefully they give him life with no parole.

It’s a sad situation for everyone. I’m sure he has parents whose hearts are breaking. He got a fair trial and now has to pay for his actions.
