From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
Today will bring some light rain along with some chilly temperatures measuring from mid 50s to mid 60s in the afternoon highs and mid 40s to lower 50s in the overnight lows, according to AlabamaWx Weather Blog. Tuesday will be the only dry day out of the week as afternoon highs will be in the mid 60s to lower 70s and the overnight lows will be in the mid 50s to lower 60s.
Sunshine, however, will be few and far between as clouds are expected.
The rest of the week may see stormy weather starting on Wednesday. Flooding may become an issue on I-20/59, south of Birmingham, and west of I-59 just north of Birmingham. On Thursday, the rain is expected to become heavier, measuring from 0.10 inches in the southeast part of central Alabama to 3.5 inches in the northern part.
The rain should let up on Friday and may see some sunshine. The Easter weekend will be dry with mild to warm temperatures, except for Sunday, which is expected to have cooler climate.
