UPDATE: An earlier version of this story citing Crime Stoppers said that Boley was wanted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. However, the sheriff’s office confirmed that Boley has been in a state prison and has not been at large though a warrant from the office is outstanding.

PINSON – A man from Pinson who is serving time in a state prison faces additional charges of theft in the first degree of a motor vehicle. from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
A warrant was recently obtained for Christopher Lee Boley, 31, giving him an additional charge. The warrant of theft of a motor vehicle in the first degree is outstanding and he will be returned to the Sheriff’s Office to face the charge after his term in prison expires in 2019.
