HOMEWOOD –Homewood police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two persons of interest in recent home burglaries in the city.
The pair match the description of suspects in a recent attempted burglary on Cliff Place and two burglaries on Oxmoor Road and Columbiana Road on Friday and Saturday, according to Clare Huddleston.
In the video, a black male approaches the back door of a Homewood home on Dixon Avenue and knocks before walking away. A black female the approaches and knocks and the homeowner answers the door. You can hear the conversation in the video as the resident tells the woman that she was in the shower and had to get dressed before answering the door.

The pair then leave in a black or dark green 4-door sedan.
