TRUSSVILLE —
The Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce will present a third and final free movie night for the community on Friday, July 13. The movie will begin at dusk (around 7:45 p.m.) and will be shown at the Mall in historic downtown Trussville.
The featured movie will be ‘Rock Dog.’ It should be a simple job for the resident mastiffs to guard a peaceful village from the local wolf and his rabid pack, right? To avoid distractions, mastiff leader Khampa forbids all music. After a radio suddenly appears, Khampa’s son, Bodi, who has decided to become a musician, heads to the city to locate a famous musician who needs a new song.
The free movie night is sponsored by Trussville Gas & Water, BancorpSouth, Blalock Building Company, Durante Home Exteriors, Hampton Inn/Hilton Garden Inn Trussville, Nelms Pharmacy, and Slag Heap Brewery.
