TRUSSVILLE – Beginning at approximately 9 a.m., Thursday, November 8th, weather permitting, the Alabama Department of Transportation will make bridge repairs on I-59 southbound just before the I-459 Interchange at the bridge over Edwards Lake Road (Milepost 137.5), in Trussville.
This operation will require the southbound outside (right) lane and shoulder to be closed beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 8th.
Motorists are requested to consider using alternate routes, adjust arrival/departure times, observe work zone speed limits and other work zone signs, and use extreme caution in this area. ALDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this maintenance operation to improve Alabama’s roadways.
