From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — The HTMS Leadership/Interact Club recently conducted a ‘Cozy Coat Drive’ to benefit T.E.A.M. (Trussville Ecumenical Assistive Ministry).
Mrs. McIntosh’s class won the friendly competition by collecting 65 coats from students in their home room. The Trussville Daybreak Rotary Club sponsored a breakfast for the winners.
Interact is Rotary International’s service club for young people ages 12 to 18. Interact clubs are sponsored by individual rotary clubs, which provide support and guidance, but they are self-governing and self-supporting.
The Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club meets for breakfast on Wednesday mornings at 7 a.m. at First Baptist Church Trussville, which is located at 128 North Chalkville Road.
