ST. CLAIR COUNTY — The Alabama Department of Transportation will be closing the right lane of I-20 WB on the Coosa River Bridge for bridge repairs, weather permitting, at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12.
All travel lanes are expected to re-open by 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
Motorists are encouraged to consider using alternate routes, adjust arrival/departure times, observe work zone speed limits and other work zone signs, and use extreme caution in this area. ALDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this Maintenance Operation to improve Alabama’s roadways.
