HOOVER — The Hoover Police Department is seeking information pertaining to an incident car theft that led to an incident of credit card fraud.
Police said the vehicle break-ins happened on Jan. 24 on Country Club Drive, where the victim’s purse was taken. Shortly after, the victim’s credit card was fraudulently used at Walmart stores in Homewood, Vestavia Hills and Hoover. The suspect vehicle appears to be a red Ford.
