Pinson Valley fell to McAdory in the last play of Friday’s game. It was tied at three with McAdory batting in the bottom of the seventh when #17 singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run. McAdory won with a score of 4-3.
The Indians opened up scoring early in the second inning when Anna Sullivan had a home run, scoring two runs.
Jordan Walker took the loss for Pinson Valley Indians Varsity. She went one and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs on two hits, striking out one and walking one.
Hope Cole started the game for Pinson Valley Indians Varsity. She surrendered two runs on eight hits over five innings, striking out three and walking one.
Pinson Valley Indians Varsity socked one home run on the day. Sullivan had a dinger in the second inning.
Savannah Mayes went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Pinson Valley Indians Varsity in hits.
