TRUSSVILLE — Two people arrested after a drive-by shooting in Trussville have a first call in court on Friday, June 7, 2019.
Josiah Rawshawn Johnson, 19, of Hoover, and Christian Jordan Minter, 19, of Birmingham, are both charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
Trussville investigators said the two had a disagreement with someone at the home on Vanessa Drive on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. The home was shot into but no one was hurt.

Johnson and Minter both posted a $25,000 bond and both were released. They both have a first call in court ahead of their preliminary hearings. The preliminary hearing for Johnson has been scheduled for June 27, but Minter does not yet have a preliminary hearing date, according to court documents. His attorney has requested one.
