ACE Mohawks win cheerleading division

Seven girls from Trussville were part of the ACE Mohawks that won the Level 3 Cheerleading Division at the ESPN Sports Center in Orlando, Fla., over the weekend.

Teams participating in the UCA International Cheerleading Competition came from all over, and a team from Canada competed in this division against the Mohawks.

ACE team members from Trussville included MaryAnn Blalock, Bella Sahagan, Hana Adams, Taylor Tolbert, Gracie Edminson, Alexa Tortarichie and Chandler Holly.

The competition was held in the Indiana Jones venue at Hollywood Studios.

The Mohawks end the season winning all competitions they entered with only one third place finish in the Atlanta Cheersport competition.
