Friends of Camp Coleman win court ruling
Weld for Birmingham reported Monday that the Friends of Camp Coleman have won a court ruling allowing them to obtain documents from the Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama (GSNCA).
Katherine Webb reported that the GSNCA had tried to charge the Pharmacy viagra price Friends group almost $17,000 for the copies and Buy cheap generic viagra time spent making the copies. According to Webb’s story, Jefferson County Circuit Judge Don Blankenship knocked the $.50 per copy that the GSNCA tried to charge FOCC down to $.11 per copy.
In the Weld article, Webb said, “Blankenship ruled that the camp advocates can have what they’ve requested from the Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama (GSNCA), including 10,945 pages of documentation containing board minutes, profit and loss statements, etc. justifying the council and board’s decision to close Camp Coleman.”
The Girl Scout camp which was founded in Trussville almost 90 years ago is on the verge of being closed down by GSNCA. The FOCC are hoping the documents will prove that the closure is unnecessary and a poor decision by the Viagra without prescription sales scout group.
