Trussville’s J.C. Penney has partnered with Sephora, a French beauty products store, to open a “store within a store.”
The grand opening will be Friday, when 450 clients at the store will receive samples, according to a J.C
. Penney press release.
The makeup lines include Hello Kitty, Urban Decay, Make Up For Ever, Nars and others at varying price points.
Sephora will also have fragrances, skin care products and nail products.
Jackie Ross, the beauty leader, said the store has testers throughout, so customers don’t have to take chances on whether their selection will look right on their skin.
She also said the all the consultants go through a 10-day training on all the product lines.
