The Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce has hired a new event coordinator.
Megan Patterson started June 18 and “hit the ground running,” said Executive Director Diane Poole
.
Patterson spent 11 years working with the Southeastern Conference. She most recently served as assistant director of football operations. Patterson disseminated crew assignments, coordinated weekly travel arrangements and oversaw the physical and functional assessment of the SEC’s football officials.
Patterson, a Trussville resident, is a University of Alabama graduate. She is a member of CrossPoint Church and she and her husband, Pat, have twin boys, Joshua and Caleb.
