Tuscaloosa County answered and scored on a 5 yard run with less than one minute to go in the first quarter.
The score was tied 7-7 when Robert Greene made a 21 yard field goal with 8:08 to go putting Clay-Chalkville ahead 10-7 over Tuscaloosa County.
Tuscaloosa County stayed even after scoring a 25 yard field goal with 5:29 to go in the second quarter, matching the game at 10-10.
Tuscaloosa County scored again on a 1 yard run with 1:56 to go in the half, putting Tuscaloosa County up 17-10 over the Cougars.
The Cougars’ Robert Greene answered back by making a 30 yd. field goal for the Cougars
. Tuscaloosa County was still ahead 17-13 over Clay-Chalkville.
And the Cougars stayed strong as Brian Clark scored on a 52 yard pass from Hayden Moore with 4:00 to go in the third quarter, the score was Clay-Chalkville 19, Tuscaloosa County 17.
Brian Clark scored again on a 33 yard pass from Hayden Moore with seconds to go in the 3rd quarter. Clay-Chalkville took the lead 26-17 over Tuscaloosa County
Tuscaloosa County answered back and scored on a 1 yard run with 9:00 to go in the game. Clay Chalkville was still ahead 26-24 over Tuscaloosa County.
Brian Clark scored again on a 15 yard pass from Hayden Moore with 6:00 to go in the game putting the score at Clay Chalkville 33, Tuscaloosa County 24.
DeAndre Woods scores on a 3 yard pass from Moore with 4:18 on the clock. Clay-Chalkville 40, Tuscaloosa County 24, and Hayden Moore scored on a 5 yard run with 1:45 to go.
