The Pinson teen who died in a Saturday crash has been identified as 17-year-old Stephen Jordan Long, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Long was the driver of the car that was in a single-vehicle accident at Faucett Cut-Off Road and Alabama Highway 75 at about 2:45 p.m. Saturday
.
According to the sheriff’s office, the driver lost control of the car and left the road. There were four teenage boys in the car at the time of the accident.
One passenger was flown to a local hospital with critical injuries. The other two passengers were treated on the scene for minor injuries.
