Area basketball tournament brackets for next week have been set.
Here is a breakdown of where area teams will play and when:
Class 6A, Area 9 girls tournament at Gadsden City High School
Gadsden City faces Pell City on Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. Clay-Chalkville will take on Oxford at 7:30 p.m. The winners of these two games will play for the area title Feb. 9 at 7 p.m.
Class 6A, Area 12 tournament at Gardendale High School
Hewitt-Trussville faces Carver at 5 p.m. on Feb. 7. Top-seeded Gardendale will play against Huffman at 6:30 p.m. The area championship is Feb. 9 at 6 p.m.
Class 5A, Area 11 tournament at Center Point High School
Top-seeded Center Point faces Moody at 6 p.m. Feb. 7. Pinson Valley will play Springville at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 7. The area championship is Feb. 11 at 6 p.m.
Class 6A, Area 9 boys tournament at Clay-Chalkville High School
Top-seeded Clay-Chalkville faces Pell City at 6 p.m. on Feb. 8. Gadsden City takes on Oxford at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 8. The area championship is Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.

Top-seeded Huffman faces Gardendale at 6 p.m. Feb. 8. No. 2 Hewitt-Trussville plays against Carver at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 8. The championship is Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.
Class 5A, Area 11 boys tournament at Center Point High School
Top-seeded Center Point faces off with Springville at 6 p.m
. Feb. 8. On that same night, Pinson Valley plays Moody at 7:30 p.m. The area championship game will be Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m.
Area winners and runners-up will advance to the sub-regional round of the state playoffs.
