The second annual Trussville Leadership Conference is planned for March 28 at the Trussville Civic Center.
The conference, put on by the Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce and Trussville Rotary Club, will last from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The keynote speaker is Pete Blank, a former Disney University leader, and each registered attendee will get a copy of his book, “Employee Engagement: Lessons from the Mouse House.”

The early bird registration fee is $49 until March 1. Beginning March 1, the fee goes to $59. A group reservation is $350. Lunch is included in the fee.
Breakout session speakers and their topics include Joe Fehrmann of Fehrmann Consulting (“Motivation Myths and Facts” and “Tough Conversations”); Donna Gilliland of MOSTraining (“Social Media Strategies & Tools to Build Strong Leaders”); and Ted Gulas of Gulas Consulting (“Working Smart for Leaders 365 Days a Year” and “A Proven Formula for Leaders to Improve Productivity and Communication in the Workplace”).
