Paine Primary School has announced the names of 37 participants that ran in the 2013 Mercedes Kids Marathon last month
.
The 37 students participated in the local event to help raise money for various charities in the area.
After training in their physical education classes, the students ran the last mile of their marathon with several hundred other students from across the state. After crossing the finish line, they received a medal to reward them for their accomplishment.

The Mercedes Marathon has raised more than $4 million for local charities over the past 12 years.
Participants included Maggie Jennings, Gavin Snyder, Olivia Warren, Laura Whittington, Parker Briggs, Koen Pritchard, Grace Booker, Maya Johnson, Caroline Dardeau, Parker Green, Allie Richards, Rubie Simon, Stephen Zwiebel, Malachi Johnson, Sam Brooks, Emily Giangrosso, James Auvil, Micah Johnson, Ramsey Faye Wilson, Sara Beth Slaughter, Isabel Delgado, Luke Pinion, Rob Burttram, Antonio Delgado, Juliette Theriot, Jack Besse, Trent Northern, Noah Pearson, Miles Darnell, Carey Owings, Joey Romine, Conrad Jones, Jack McClure, Trace Barlok, Hudson McMurry, Connor Grguric and Cooper Landry.
