A Pinson man has been charged with burglary and theft stemming from an incident that happened Feb. 27 in Forestdale.
Daniel McCord, 20, is charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property relating to the alleged burglary in the 600 block of Daisy Court near Forestdale, said Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Randy Christian.
Christian said sheriff’s detectives through an investigation determined McCord had allegedly broken into a residence and stolen a television, laptop and an Xbox gaming console.
Warrants for McCord’s arrest were obtained March 14 and he was arrested March 21, Christian said.
McCord has since been released from Jefferson County Jail after posting ,000 bond, Christian said
