A Hewitt-Trussville junior baseball player has made the North all-star team that will play in Alabama All-Star Sports Week on July 15 in Montgomery.
Outfielder Riley Stokes was announced as one of 18 current high school juniors to make the North team.
The North-South all-star game will be played July 15 at Riverwalk Stadium, the home of Southern League’s Montgomery Biscuits.

The South and North tied 6-6 in the first game of the all-star competition last year and the South won the second game 15-3. The North leads the series 15-10-1. The annual series began in 1997.
