Trussville’s 11U National League baseball team placed second in the 12-year-old Trussville All-Star Classic Baseball Tournament the week of May 29-June 2.
The team played four games Sunday to advance to the championship game, where it lost to the eventual tournament champion, a 12-year-old team from Clay.

The team will play in the Metro Baseball Tournament in Mountain Brook this week and next week.
