The Rudd Middle School and Clay-Chalkville Middle School football teams split their jamboree games Thursday.
The Clay-Chalkville Middle School seventh-grade team defeated Rudd, 14-0.
The Rudd eighth-grade team defeated Clay-Chalkville 22-20.
Former Pinson Valley High School offensive coordinator Chris Mills is the new athletics director and head football coach at Clay-Chalkville Middle School.
