Wade McIntosh Taylor, 58, passed away Saturday, August 31 in a single vehicle motorcycle accident on Highway 11.He was born June 25, 1955 in Atlanta, Ga. and during his life he has lived in Georgia, Texas and Alabama. Most of his life was spent in the Birmingham area. For the last 24 years he has lived in Grayson Valley.
Taylor is survived by his son Olin Taylor (Megan is his wife), daughter Crystal McGough (Matt), grandsons Isaac and Cayden, and granddaughter Ellyana, as well as brothers Paul (Pattie), Claude (Kay), and Marshall (Gloria), and sisters Melanie (Mark Vance), and May (Ricky Argo), and many neices and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas and Thelma Taylor, and his sister Elisabeth Russel.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Sept. 5 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Faith Community Fellowship located in Trussville off Highway 11. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Pinson.
