With Mountain Brook’s 10-7 win over No. 3 Vestavia Hills on Friday night, Hewitt-Trussville (4-5, 4-3 Class 6A, Region 6) has clinched a state playoffs berth.
The Huskies in two weeks will travel to No. 2 Bob Jones (8-1), which lost its first game of the season Friday night to Austin, 28-22.
