Alabama Power customers can now use their mobile devices to obtain information about their accounts and to access company services.
Customers who type alabamapower.com on their smartphone will immediately be taken to a mobile-friendly site where they can:
• View their account balance
• Report an outage or check the status of an outage
• Make payments
Customers can also connect to the full website, which can be bookmarked and accessed as an application on compatible smartphones. Customers that qualify can also log in via smartphone to track their home energy usage.
Alabama Power provides electricity to more than 1.4 million people across the state.
