TRUSSVILLE — Sen. Slade Blackwell, R-Mountain Brook, will host “Coffee & Conversation” at the Cracker Barrel in Trussville on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.
“Coffee & Conversation” is a series of informal meetings for constituents to gather and talk with Blackwell about issues and ideas that are important to the area.

“‘Coffee & Conversation’ has been going on for about a year now and I am pleased with its success,” Blackwell said. “I enjoy meeting and talking with constituents in person to find out what is important to them and their families. It is crucial that we work together to find solutions to these issues and I think ‘Coffee & Conversation’ provides the perfect opportunity for that.”
Trussville Mayor Gene Melton will also attend.
The event is open to the public.
