According to the National Weather Service in Birmingham, Tuesday night’s forecast calls for rain mixing with snow after 11 p.m. and then gradually ending.
The low is expected to be around 31 with a 90 percent chance of precipitation. Snow accumulation of less than half an inch is possible.
