TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville City Council last week unanimously approved an ordinance to adopt state code violations as municipal violations.
The approval repeals some municipal violations and replaces them with state code violations.
The ordinance states that any person or corporation committing an offense as defined by the state of Alabama shall be guilty of that offense in the city of Trussville.
The city of Trussville’s ordinances can be found under the “Government” tab at www.trussville.org.
