BIRMINGHAM — A trio of Trussville natives will vie for the title of Miss Alabama this week.
Holland Brown, Elisabeth Chramer and Katie Malone will compete against 44 other girls in the 2014 Miss Alabama Pageant, scheduled for June 4-7 at the Wright Center on the campus of Samford University.
Brown will compete as Miss Shelby County, Chramer as Miss Tennessee Valley and Malone as Miss Point Mallard.
Brown, a 2011 Hewitt-Trussville High School graduate, competed last year as Miss Auburn University. Chramer graduated from Hewitt-Trussville in 2009 and competed as Miss Birmingham last year. Malone, a 2010 Hewitt-Trussville High School graduate, competed as Miss North Jefferson Area a year ago.
This will be the second Miss Alabama Pageant for Brown, fifth for Chramer and fourth for Malone.
Hannah Brown will compete as Miss Trussville and Mi’a Callens as Miss Jefferson County.
