PINSON — A Pinson man is in Jefferson County Jail after deputies discovered $23,000 worth of drugs in his home.
A home in the 5100 block of Pinson Valley Parkway was raided Aug. 13, according to Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Randy Christian.
The raid was the result of a three-month investigation into methamphetamine distribution from the home, Christian said. Deputies seized heroin, synthetic marijuana and more than five ounces of meth. The estimated street value of the drugs is $23,000, Christian said.
Eusebio Manriquez Martinez, 43, of Pinson was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine. He remains jailed with bond set at $250,000.
