MONTGOMERY — Neither of the two area running backs chosen to play in the 28th annual Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game will do so Saturday.
Clay-Chalkville’s Terelle West is out with a torn ACL, which happened in the second round of the Class 6A playoffs. Pinson Valley’s Nick Gibson is also out due to injury.

The game will be played Saturday, Dec. 13 at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery. Kickoff on Raycom Network is at noon.
Alabama’s All-Stars extended their winning streak to six games last December with a 21-17 win over Mississippi. The hosts have won all three games played at the Cramton Bowl since 2011 and own a 20-7 record in the series, which dates back to 1988.
