TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual banquet is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 28 at the Trussville Civic Center.
The banquet includes dinner, silent auction and musical entertainment by Vann Burchfield.
Reservations are $50 per individual and $90 per couple. A table of eight may be purchased for $500.
Proceeds from the banquet and silent auction go toward events such as the Christmas parade and City Fest, as well as to deserving high school and home-schooled seniors for scholarships.
At the banquet, an individual and organization will be recognized for the Chamber’s Gatekeeper Award. The awards are presented in recognition of outstanding volunteerism in the community.
The Customer Service Person of the Year Award will also be presented. Candidates are:
