TRUSSVILLE – The Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce presented its July Customer Service Award to A+ Auto and Tire Repair at its monthly luncheon on Thursday.
The local business, located at 84 Cedar Lane, Suite 104 in Trussville, won the award based on two separate Facebook posts regarding its thoughtful management of two situations. Those deeds were made public by the ‘What’s Happening in Trussville’ Facebook page.

According to a press release, both posts elaborated on customer care that had been received when representatives came to assist with vehicle issues.
The two repairs, which were separated by roughly six months of time, were considered minor. In both situations, the technicians refused to bill the customer once the work was complete. The employees only asked that the customers remember A+ Auto when future auto repairs are needed.
A+ partner Charlie Philpot attended Thursday’s luncheon at the Trussville Civic Center to accept the award on behalf of the company.
