BIRMINGHAM — At approximately 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 28, a black male entered Game Stop located at 9256 Parkway East, Birmingham, and was allegedly pretending to be shopping for his son according to a Birmingham Police Department release.
The man asked the cashier questions, waited for the other customers to leave, and once the store was empty; the suspect allegedly moved around the counter, struck the employee with his hands, took merchandise, and fled the scene with another black male in a late model Ford Crown Victoria, white in color.
The suspect is believed to be about 5-foot-8, dressed in khaki trousers and a Univ. of Alabama football jersey, number 25.
