LAUDERDALE COUNTY — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested Richard Blake Hardy, 28, of Killen, on Oct. 22, on two counts of possession of child pornography. Hardy was placed in the Lauderdale County jail.
“ALEA ICAC agents executed two search warrants which resulted in arrest of Hardy and the seizure of electronic evidence,” Secretary of Law Enforcement Spencer Collier said “We will continue to aggressively investigate and assist in the prosecution of criminals who victimize our children.”
The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office and State Bureau of Investigation assisted ICAC Agents with the investigation.
