TRUSSVILLE – The Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club’s January Student of the Month (SOM) is from Hewitt-Trussville High School.

Alexandra Mueller is a sophomore at Hewitt-Trussville and participates on the school and other local swim teams. She is also a member of the school’s Spanish Club. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, writing and listening to music.
Her Teacher of the Month selection is spanish teacher, Molly Cook. “I have a good relationship with her, and she pushes us as her students to learn for actual, real-world reasons.”
The Student of the Month program is sponsored by Jim ‘n Nick’s Bar-B-Q and Staples.
The Club meets at Spare Time Entertainment located at 3600 Roosevelt Blvd. in Trussville at 7 a.m. on Wednesday mornings.
