BIRMINGHAM — On Tuesday, police said they are searching for Monique Antoine Roscoe, 30. He may be in the Eastlake vicinity of the 700 block of 70th Place South in Birmingham or the 400 block of Beacon Parkway West.
Roscoe is wanted on charges of armed robbery, kidnapping and murder in Jefferson County. He is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 210 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
