BIRMINGHAM –In two separate incidents on Saturday night in Birmingham, individuals were struck by vehicles which then fled the scene, according to WBRC.
According to the reports, the victim’s husband was in the store at the time she was struck. Police are searching for the suspect vehicle.
Later Saturday night, just after 8 p.m., police were called to the 1200 block of Heritage Way where another pedestrian was struck twice by a vehicle. That individual was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A resident told WBRC that incident followed an altercation, but didn’t know what led up to the incident. Police are also searching for the suspect in this case.
