TARRANT — On Sunday afternoon, March 20, around 3 p.m. the Tarrant Police Department received a call regarding a deceased person at a residence located in the 1200 block of Ford Ave.

When officers arrived, they found 71-year-old Harvey Ray Clements deceased inside his residence.
Although the manner and cause of death are pending autopsy results, crime scene investigators and detectives are investigating this incident as a homicide.
The victim’s family has requested privacy as they deal with this tragedy.
