The Trussville police are investigating the incident.
Blake said she believed the damage was done between 4 p.m. when she had taken her last break and 6 p.m. when her shift ended.
“I was working and someone hit it and ran;” Blake said. “No one saw anything. My husband did some research on the parts left at the scene, it was a GMC Yukon, from the numbers we researched.”
Blake’s husband, Craig Blake, collected parts left by the the vehicle that hit his wife’s car and checked the part numbers.
His research showed the parts came from a GMC Yukon, possible a 2007 to 2014 model. He passed that information on to Trussville investigators.

Parts left behind by the vehicle that did the damage are believed to have come from a GMC Yukon.
